The Parks Canada Lake Connector Shuttle operates on a first-come, first-served basis and departs from Lake Louise Lakeshore and Moraine Lake. If you intend to visit both lakes within a single day, it’s essential to plan your itinerary accordingly. Ensure you allocate sufficient time to travel between lakes using the Connector Shuttle. To allow ample time for exploring both lakes, it’s recommended to board a Route 8X or Route 10 service departing from Banff no later than 4:00 p.m. If you’re unable to acquire a Reservable Super Pass, we suggest visiting the Parks Canada Reservations page.View here. Please note that the Parks Canada Shuttle departs from the Park & Ride at Lake Louise Ski Resort, not Banff, and we do not have a service to this destination.

The 8X stop is closer to the Moose St end of the block, across from The Ptarmigan Hotel. Look for the “8X Lake Louise” sign. Waiting at the wrong bus stop will cause you to miss your reserved departure.
Where exactly is the Route 10 – Moraine Lake bus stop at the Banff High School Transit Hub?
The Banff High School is situated on the 300 block of Banff Avenue. At the Transit Hub, multiple bus stops are available. The Route 10 – Moraine Lake stop is closer to the Moose St end of the block, across from The Ptarmigan Hotel. Look for the “10 Moraine Lake” sign. How do I use my Reservable Super Pass on the Route 8X Banff-Lake Louise or Route 10 Banff – Moraine Lake service?
If you have a reservation, make sure to arrive at your departure location at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Ensure you have your ticket(s) printed or downloaded beforehand. Keep in mind that we need to see each riders ticket, so if you booked for multiple people you will need to have all tickets printed or downloaded. When boarding, present your Reservable Super Pass with the QR code to the Roam bus driver or ambassador.
If you are not there within the required timeframe you will be considered a “no-show” and your reservation will be canceled, you will then be required to wait in the “walk-up” line until space becomes available on a future departure. Please note, that you can still use the same ticket on a later service at no additional cost.
How do I use my Reservable Super Pass ticket to access both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise?
