The Roam Customer Service Centre is Moving

Please note that as of Monday, May 2, 2022, the Roam Customer Service Centre will be relocated to the Banff Visitor Centre (224 Banff Ave).

The Beaver Street Customer Service Centre will close at 12:30 pm on Friday, April 29, 2022, to allow our team the time to move equipment into the space.

In the meantime, passes can still be purchased through Token Transit or at:
