Canmore Local (Route 5) will be fare free from May 18, 2019 to December 31, 2019. Based on this we will be issuing refunds to individuals who purchased passes with remaining value at this date (ie 10 ride, 1 month, 3 month or 6 month passes). Refunds will only be available at the Town of Canmore Civic Centre and the Roam Transit office location at 221 Beaver Street in Banff.
Token Transit refunds will work as follows:
If the customer has purchased a Canmore Local pass but has not activated the pass as of May 18, 2019 then they can contact Token Transit directly at 1-888-730-4986 or firstname.lastname@example.org or directly from the help section of the Token Transit App and get the pass fully refunded.
If the customer has partially used a Canmore Local pass then we will need to issue a refund from the Town of Canmore Civic Centre or Roam Transit office only.
