The Roam Customer Service Centre will be closed from 2 p.m. on Dec. 24 until Jan. 4

If you need to top up/reload your pass or exchange a change voucher, please do so before Dec. 24 at 2 p.m. Change vouchers will now longer be valid in 2021

If you lose an item on the bus from Dec. 24 to Jan. 4, please call the office (403) 762-0606 and leave a voicemail with your info, messages will be checked at 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily. A member of the operations team will call you to arrange pick up of items
