Roam Transit riders using the mobile app Transit will be upgraded to the Transit Royale subscription at no cost with this update beginning to roll out on September 4, 2024. All users should be able to upgrade by September 18, 2024. If you already have Transit downloaded please update it in the app store to receive the upgrade. New users should receive the upgrade upon download.

We are thrilled to be able to share this with our riders to upgrade their commute! Some of the new features include:

• Live bus tracking and full schedules for all routes across Roam Transit.
• Custom colors, icons, and avatars to personalize the app experience.
• Rate-My-Ride in-app surveys to give us real-time feedback on your commute.

We encourage Transit users to explore these new settings and take advantage of customizing their account, like pinning the routes that they most frequently use to easily find departures and get relevant service alerts. We would also like to remind everyone that they can purchase tickets on Transit with its connection to Token Transit. Please note however that your Transit account and Token Transit account are not linked, so tickets  can only be accessed in the same app they were purchased from.
