• Canmore-Banff Regional (3) and Canmore Local (5) will be on Stat Holiday service on Dec. 25, Dec. 26, and Jan. 1
• The Roam Customer Service Centre will be closed from 2 p.m. on Dec. 24 until Jan. 4
• If you need to top up/reload your pass, please do so before Dec. 24 at 2 p.m.
• If you lose an item on the bus from Dec. 24 to Jan. 4, please call the office (403) 762-0606 and leave a voicemail with your information. Messages will be checked at 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. daily and a member of the operations team will call you to arrange the pick up of items.
